Next generation of flat carriers – the flat boat. These carriers were designed to be used in conjunction with the standard equipment used to handle thin, multiple-up strips (either laminated organic or plastic) and lead frames.
The flat carriers hold singulated BGA’s or any devices which require die attach, wire bond, encapsulation, curing, plasma etching or any other packaging process.
50,000 carriers in over 800 styles are inventoried to meet the demanding delivery schedules essential to the electronics industry. Cerdip, Side Braze, Cerquad, LCC, Flat Packs, and PGA are just a few of the devices assembled using Auer Precision’s standard carriers.
